netmouse: (amused)
I am sleeping much better now than I was a month ago. I think this is because my body and sensory systems have made a number of adjustments, such as:

Baby moving in belly = normal. keep sleeping
Pain in hip and legs = normal. keep sleeping
Pain associated with getting upright, then up, to go to the bathroom = normal. Get a move on! It will get better once you pee. No need to really wake up fully though.

I signed up to be part of a sleep study with the U of M so next week they'll bring a bunch of recording devices for me to wear for a night to see if I have sleep apnea. I don't think so, but I've definitely been snoring more that normal, which I think is one of the symptoms they're interested in. In the meantime, I'm sleeping with my feet raised to reduce swelling in my feet and I think that's helping my legs too. My right middle finger's still got symptoms of carpal tunnel even with wearing a brace at night though, which is frustrating. Oh, and my thumbs hurt when I wake. Very weird.
