My "To Do" list for 2008 (so far):

Get revised draft of ConFusion program (and changes, listed separately) to Program Book editors, &etc. re: finishing program.

Finish prepping first volume of Heinlein screenplays and get it back to Subterranean (aiming for Jan 7).

Proof three SBIR proposals by 6 am Wed. Jan 9.

Transfer Best Editor Wiki to SFAW web server, establish style sheet and subsequently support editors in updating info.

Be Technical Lead on ASPP project for EDA (no, I won't tell you what the acronym stands for, so nyah).

Send Mike Glickson the SFOHA archive tape duplicate I promised him ages ago (whistles innocently).

Be Guest Liaison for author GoHs Scott Westerfeld and Justine Larbalestier at ConFusion, incl. making gift baskets for all GoHs (suggestions welcome). I'm ready for this-- I can tell because I just successfully typed Justine's last name --spelled correctly-- off the top of my head.

Have fun at Skencon (atdt1991's birthday weekend trip to Chicago).

Proof Ubik: The Screenplay (by Philip K. Dick) for Subterranean's reprint (by end of Jan).
