Jan. 2nd, 2004 09:01 amHaving finished Dude, Where's My Country?, I wandered over to Michael Moore.Com to see what's there. It's an interesting site. He promotes alternative press and right now is headlining letters sent to him by soldiers and their families. And he's offering free copies of Dude, Where's My Country? and Bowling for Columbine to soldiers, too. I think I'll probably revisit the site from time to time.
I also came across a link to this article on Bush and the conservative/corporatist agenda vis-a-vis environmental protections. It's frustrating to see how blatant people have historically been about their goals, and yet how successfully the government's double-talk and misdirection have pulled the wool over peoples eyes in the past three years.
