busy busy busy

It's been a very busy week. And I need to go have breakfast now so I'm really not going to say that much about it (I have not been good at maintaining good ballance in blood sugar levels this week).

I gained a couple pounds back, but I went to the gym finally yesterday and I'm going again today (both times with my sister) and that should help. She taught me some good exercises for the shoulders.

we all had a nice dinner with Martha and Heinz last night, and we actually got the trash put out last night for this morning's pickup.

things are looking up.
