Take my hand, come along

Last night we had an AASFA Board meeting that lasted only an hour! Yay! Beforehand I made Chicken Cacciatore, which took longer than I'd hoped, but it was yummy in the end. Brendan had commented recently that it felt like we always ended up eating the same things, which was true, so I grabbed a cookbook before I went shopping last weekend, and this was my branching out. I feel like with practice I could get much, much better at skinning and deboning chicken thighs. If anyone has any advice, let me know.
gerisullivan and I are starting to get excited about going to pick up Bill on Friday and checking out North Adams, MA, and maybe Mount Greylock. The MoCA looks particularly interesting.
