Chinese new year and signs of the zodiak

So I'm curious, do you other folks out there celebrate Chinese New Year?

And do you know your chinese zodiak sign? Is it one you relate to?

Brian and I were born the same year, the year of the tiger. 36 years later, Rosie was also born in the year of the tiger. We think that's pretty neat. :)

Heyla

-blinks in surprise- I am a bit surprised but I am also Tiger, elemental Wood that I have also seen as colour Green, a cruel cruel joke on someone who really dislikes the colour. -g- I relate to some of the aspects but not to the root sign as much as others. I feel much closer to my Western sign (Pisces).

yeah, I really liked the combination of green and gold when I was a kid, and am starting to wear green frequently again, but I generally list blue as my favorite color.

I read somewhere also that tigers are supposed to like diamonds and rubies, and neither do a lot for me.

Heyla, O mousy one

I vastly prefer red so I could go for rubies but I actually prefer a rich garnet. I have never really favoured ostentation.
