Jump-rope

I've started playing with the jump rope at the gym. I mean, it's good exercise, but it feels like playing, too. Maybe in a bit I'll even get to doing those things where you cros your arms and stuff. I never figured that out when I was a kid, so far as I recall.

I bought a jump rope last year. I just found it again. (I really need to get organized. 'Tis one of my goals for the year.)

If you buy a jump rope, maybe we can find time and space to jump together. :)

(In high school, did you ever participate in a program called Jump Rope for Heart? I did it, I think, every year.)

buy a jump rope. now there's an idea I hadn't considered. I'll think about it.

I don't remember a program of that name and I didn't jump rope in high school so, no. sounds fun though. What did you do as part of the program?

See you tomorrow at around 7 for dinner, btw (I hope)

Jump Rope for Heart is a marathon of sorts. For weeks, students get people to sponsor them for so many hours, then on the day that the event happens, they jump rope for as long as they can. The event is usually scheduled for half a day of school. It's a good way to be excused from class and to participate in something healthy. The proceeds go to the American Heart Foundation, I believe.
