Jump-rope

I've started playing with the jump rope at the gym. I mean, it's good exercise, but it feels like playing, too. Maybe in a bit I'll even get to doing those things where you cros your arms and stuff. I never figured that out when I was a kid, so far as I recall.

Jump-rope. Damn. That is a good idea! I wonder if there's enough space anywhere in my house for that. I'll bet I could create some.

You know, you're pretty smart, for a girl.

Just remember, when crossing over... cross your ARMS not your wrists... crossing wrists merely whips you in the back of the head with a jumprope which, while amusing to watch, really isn't much of a trick at all...

I bought a jump rope last year. I just found it again. (I really need to get organized. 'Tis one of my goals for the year.)

If you buy a jump rope, maybe we can find time and space to jump together. :)

(In high school, did you ever participate in a program called Jump Rope for Heart? I did it, I think, every year.)
