Hey, how goes it? Believe it or not, i'll only just be getting back to Ballmer on Tuesday... not sure what time. I'd say if you have a group thing going, that works out well; you can keep me in the loop on it in case i get into town early enough, but obviously it wont depend on me making it.

If i do miss you, it's a bummer, but thanks for keeping me in the loop. Hope to catch you next time!

OK... please keep me in the loop on your plans, and i'll see how things play out. I'll be working some heavy days to minimize my vacation expenditure but depending on how things line up it'd be cool to catch you.
