My arms hurt. My back hurts. my neck has this twinge if I look to the right.

some but not all of these things are due to softball practice saturday.

But it was so worth it.

I used to play softball for my high school. I loved it, but then I did something to my shoulder and I had to stop playing. I know what you mean about it being worth it though. Just passing by, you seem nice.

bill says the pain will go away if you exercise more often. I wonder. I practiced with kristen and darby and jack alex and steven on sunday, then kristen and I went over to lisa's for some more practice today. my body is sore everywhere, but I feel so damned happy I'm about to burst...
