ok, I'm not quite as relaxed as in the picture (my parents are coming to visit tomorrow and I have something I'm striving to finish for work) but I am more relaxed than half an hour ago -- I have sold my house. I am free and clear of that.

I have moved! I am now in Yellow Springs, Ohio, working for Klein Associates, which is 7 minutes down the road in good weather. I'll be doing Cognitive Task Analysis for Klein, working as a staff scientist.

All of three weeks ago!

I moved down here, was here for a week, then spent a week working remotely from Ann Arbor before ConFusion, which I was Chairing, ran ConFusion, then closed out the house (actually, technically my parents did that after me) and came back down to Ohio Monday night. This was after December when I went out to the West coast and Hawaii, then came back and dropped down here (to Ohio) to shop for an apartment, back to A2 for New Years, then back down to work my first week, living in a hotel -- before I moved. I'm really looking forward to next week, which will mark the first week in two months that I've spent over a week in one place without travel.

Huh. I went right by there on I-70 in late December on my way west, and then again in early January on my way home stayed with a friend in Columbus. That was all of three weeks and a day or two ago :) Oh, so hey, I went to the west coast in December too. Also in November. But I went to Hawaii in October :)
