ok, I'm not quite as relaxed as in the picture (my parents are coming to visit tomorrow and I have something I'm striving to finish for work) but I am more relaxed than half an hour ago -- I have sold my house. I am free and clear of that.

yeah, though, like Obama getting elected, it's one of those things that is taking a while to sink in. The bank even called to confirm the wire transfer came in, and I'm still wanting to knock on wood that it's all really happened.
