Great Plant Giveaway

I am giving away plants in anticipation of moving into an apartment. I have a goodly sized Ficus, a large spider plant, a very small spider plant, and a medium sized pineapple plant to give away. Let me know if you're interested. If you take one of the large plants, you could get a plant stand to go with it.

Down in the basement, we are approaching the moment of putting formica on the cabinet to give it a counter! it's very exciting. And we got the last fishtank out from under the cabinet by having me climb *into* the cabinet (this is a floor-level cabinet) in order to lift one end of the fishtank (which was longer than the cabinet opening was wide) out of the cabinet. Climbing in there was a very childlike moment for me. If nobody finishes the inside of that cabinet off with shelves or anything, some child could have a lot of fun in there someday.

I'm sorta interested in the pineapple plant, but need to know more about light requirements and eventually size of the plant.

This one does not appear to be getting huge like our other ones did. It is accustomed to southern exposure year-round but I don't know if that is best for it or not.

(so I assume eventual size is close to current size - maybe 2, 2 1/2 feet in diameter.)
