So email seems to be working again but I'm still getting messages that it's bouncing, so I don't think it's 100 %.

Tuesday, April 8, Cowboy Bebop is showing at the Michigan Theater at 9:15 PM.
It's an animated movie about some mercenaries out to save the planet (but not for free).

Bill and I are planning to go. Come see it with us! We'll be going there from Juggling, so we'll just meet people there.

I believe I introduced Bruce to James Keelaghan. JK is a Canadian singer/songwriter who fits as well as anyone does into the slot left vacant by Stan Rogers' unfair death. James is widely read, especially in history. His song "Fires of Calais" describes the Dunkirk evacuation, for example. His song "Cold Missouri Waters" tells of the two smokejumpers who survived the Mann Gulch fire. Not everything he's done is so good, and I like his earliest work best, but he's a really gifted storyteller, adn he has a beautiful voice. James has lived in the western provinces but currently lives in Winnipeg, and of course is a regular on the folk festival circuit. He was the headline act at the MN Folk Festival in 2001.
