Both of the interviews I did for the Subterranean Press website about their special limited edition of Neil Gaiman's The Graveyard Book are now up on that site.
btw, I sat down with Locus magazine last night and found the picture of you and Steve in it. It looks great! Do you have a copy? I can bring you this one if you don't. I remember the first time I got my picture in Locus. It felt sort of like I'd made it into the community of...people that would happen to. Which I had. Did you meet the Locus krewe? They're neat; I like them a lot.
I did not meet the Locus crew and had no idea they were taking pics of us until someone contacted me in email to confirm IDs for everyone in the shot. I met a lot of cool people but came away terribly crushy over Maureen, Kij, Ellen, and Delia since they have such sexy brains. (Oh yeah, and we had an awesome conversation with Russell Davis who is a very cool guy.) I've heard that people don't always look as photogenic in Locus pics as we all four do in that one, so that's an additional coolness point. I've never not felt part of the community or like I don't have every right to be there, so I can't say I had the same reaction on seeing the picture. On the other hand, I go look at it a lot because we all look so happy and smart and sexy.
Oh, and it would be lovely if you would bring us a hard copy, since we have looked in every store we know of that sells magazines locally with no luck. Thanks!
