Sometimes I love the things I do...

Subterranean Press has received a very neat new project by Ray Bradbury:
Summer Morning, Summer Night is a collection of 27 short stories set in Green Town, the setting for Dandelion Wine, Something Wicked This Way Comes, and countless other Bradbury classics. A full seventeen of these stories and vignettes make their first appearance in this collection - which was released in a 100 copy edition last year by PS Publishing, part of a set that cost $750.

We're releasing 2000 copies for $35 each, and *I* get to proof it, which means I have a copy right now. Nya nya nya nya nya. *grin*

Can you give me a heads up when the $35 copies are released? That's something I'd definitely like to own/read. :)

They can be pre-ordered (http://www.subterraneanpress.com/Merchant2/merchant.mv?Screen=PROD&Product_Code=bradbury06&Category_Code=B&Product_Count=12) now, but won't be out until around Halloween (appropriately enough).

I'll see if I can get you a copy.

Oh! Yay! :)

PS. Congrats on the Fan of Honor thing at Apollocon (I went to the site to see more about your performance)! I didn't realize you were going to be a feature and that's really awesome.
