Painting Goodness

So... As of a couple hours ago, we sorted out the last of the stuff to be divided and Bill's stuff is moved out of the house. It's been an emotional and difficult weekend, but went in some ways better than I expected. I'm going to write some in my handwritten journal about it, which actually I have not written in in a surprisingly long time.

Anyway, I just hit the "Wander around the house and think about what's next" phase, and the back bedroom is completely empty, fraught with possibilities. I have just now decided to paint the walls before I put stuff in it, so if you're the type of person who likes to help with such projects, or even just stand around and supervise such projects, please let me know if one or more of these days works for you to come by and participate in my next painting project:

well, I have chorizo in the freezer already, so why don't you tell me what else I should get to go with that?

I'll need the chorizo, a large onion (white or yellow), one can of beef broth, a can of tomato sauce, a can of diced tomatoes, pasta, and cheese. (How many people does this need to feed? My guess is that these amounts will feed 5-6. As I only ever cook for me, I have leftovers for awhile!) What of this should I bring? I will bring my painting clothes just in case you need my help with that too. As for games that night, I can contribute Trivial Pursuit 80s edition if you like.

ok, good. I have onion and pasta (elbow macaroni ok?) and canned tomatos. If you could bring whatever cheese you want, I can get the beef broth. Oh, and I have sour cream, which should be good served with it.

Feeding the amount should be good. Honestly, I am not expecting hordes, though I could be surprised. Trivial Pursuit 80s sounds like fun!

Sounds like we have a plan! (Yes, elbow macaroni is fine.) I just need to know where you live and how to get there! hehehehe If you don't want to post it in lj, email me at alfreiny@yahoo.com. I look forward to seeing you again!
