This is why I'm thinking a lunch will be better - there's really no set job description - a lot of what people end up being hired to do depends on what strengths they bring to the company. So the way I see it, is you do the lunch, and if you and Jeannine agree that our needs and yours match, then you create a resume that you think highlights those strengths.
