it won't always be like this. there is a reason for february blues--something to do with vitamin D, maybe? but it passes. the spring comes, the sun us shining, and you can't imagine how you ever didn't feel so happy it hurts. it just takes time, so don't lose hope.
but... A very wonderful woman once said, "wish I could be there, take you out for ice cream in the snow, let you know the whole world is crazy and cold, but it can still taste good that way."
I think that the same can be said of Gray. But then again, I do live in Seattle.
