Sometimes this sort of thing can be corrected with about 50mg a day extra zinc and a folic acid supplement for a couple of weeks--- happens fairly frequently with people post-chemo and those who are predisposed to anorexia. Also try licorice (the real stuff, not the candy, which bears about the same relation as lime jell-o does to limes) or bananas, because sometimes this is just your body saying "I have pyloric bacteria in me and it's dumping ammonia nastiness whenever I get near anything that used to taste good. I may or may not have an ulcer." Call your doctor, if you have one. Any physician worth her salt will NOT act annoyed or dismiss this as "trivial."
Sorry for the unsolicited advice, especially if you've already researched and worked on your problem, but I spent a few months in roughly the place you've mentioned, and it ended with--- um. Alarming grossness, full-bore justified panic, and several months of drug therapy for something I could have avoided if I'd broken down and been a bit less stiff-upper-lip about things earlier on.
