Organ Donation Registry

Work started the new year with a reminder to register yourself as an organ donor. Some states have registries, so google around if you don't know about yours. Here's the Michigan Donor Registry. You should also sign the sticker on the back of your driver's license, or get a donor card from organdonor.gov, and speak to your friends and family.

Here's me, speaking to many of my friends, letting you know I am registered as an organ donor, and encouraging you to do the same.

To darken something bright in the background, I used the photoshop "smudge" tool for the first time. That thing is really neat. I'll have to mess around with it again sometime.

I've been registered for years (I was registered in Illinois before moving back to Michigan). I believe I'm also on the bone marrow registry. I've known too many people who were helped by spare body parts to not do this.
