Nonviolent Communication

I just finished reading a book called Nonviolent Communication: A Language of Life, by Marshall B. Rosenberg. It was recommended to me by my friend Jamie after he attended a workshop on the NVC principles and process. I highly recommended. I have hopes that by remembering the lessons of this book I can be kinder to myself and others and be more connected with the people around me and to the joy of life.
