aw, that's too bad. As they explain in their Help section, the only way to save it is to take a screenshot (hit prnt scrn in the function keys, at least if you're on a windows machine. I don't know, else) and then go straight into any image editing program including Paint (which comes with all windows Machines in the Accessories folder) and then execute the paste command. Then you'd need to crop the shot of the whole screen down to just your image, which is a real pain in Paint - select the part you want, then cut, then ask for a new document, then paste, and it might have been kind enough to give you a new document the size of the image in the clipboard.
