I agree. The issue here is the idea of a "war on a concept" rather than a "war on a nation." Anything and anybody can be a target, and 'terrorism" is a word that can be very dangerously defined. And once you're taken into custody under the guise of this so-called war, you can be held without recourse to the normal judicial system, no matter who you are or what your citizenship might be.
