I am amused to note that the instructions from the hospital warn me not to make any decisions or sign any legally binding documents for 24 hours after surgery.
HECK NO! In this legal climate, sign everything that comes your way, as long as it's got nice perks! Then, when they come to collect, say that they coerced you into signing it and took advantage of your post-surgical state. THEN SUE THEIR PANTS OFF!
