Polar Bear SOS
The NRDC is putting forward a write-in campaign to our new secretary of the interior to let him know you want polar bears to have full protection under the endangered species act. Please participate and spread the word if you support that idea.
Polar Bears are under tremendous stresses from rapid environmental change right now. Anything we can reasonably do to stop human-caused stressors (polution, etc) on their territories right now is worth it in my estimation. We probably only have the next few years to either rescue them or lose them entirely.
