Happy Father's Day

Happy day to all the fathers out there.

This icon is a picture taken of me by my dad, who is a biomedical engineer, a photographer, painter, a good cook, a former amateur rocket-maker, a drummer, pianist, and flower arranger, who sings and dances and is silly with the rest of us when it matters, likes birdwatching and civil war history, and is the sort of all-around person I have always aspired to be.

Fathers are important people with a special role to play. Go you for taking on that role. I admire all of you.
