Somewhere...

I always did feel that was a compelling argument, about the bluebirds.

This argument?

If happy little bluebirds fly
Beyond the rainbow
Why, oh why can't I?

Cottleston, Cottleston, Cottleston pie.
A fly can't bird, but a bird can fly.
Ask me why and I reply,
Cottleston, Cottleston, Cottleston pie.

Now, if it had been swallows, not bluebirds, there's an old tale the barristas know, about how the swallows return for cappucino...but that is a different tale.

I learned it as "pretty little bluebirds" but yes, that's the one I meant.

Its that frakkin lack of wings.
We humans just have to slog along in the ditch and keep moving forward.
Even if doing so seems to have no purpose.
Because people are relying on us whether we know it or not.
Keep moving!
