I had a good time yesterday at Network Downtown - passed a lot of my cards out to people, hopefully made some useful contacts. And the evening before I went to the MOCHI meeting and met a bunch of cool people and formally paid my dues and joined the group.
Earlier in the day yesterday I got together with mom for lunch and a walk. After that I went to my last physical therapy session. Now I'm on my home program of knee exercises and such. I feel optimistic that this has been good training for me and will help prevent my knee from giving way if I keep up with my core exercises.
