It's too bad I'm leaving here just as some really nice weather comes to town. I took a lovely walk in the woods before lunch. Sun shining through the trees, nearly constantly breeze, 58 degrees; we live for days like these.
Sounds like heaven. I know what you mean about leaving, though. In the week (7 days! No more!) that I was in Florida, Georgia decided that it would suddenly recognize the occupying forces of Autumn, painted all the leaves golden and red, gave limited tolerance to patrols of cold-ish weather, and gave temporary emergency executive powers to the smells of woodsmoke and crispy, dying foliage.
