I've seen them about half a dozen times or more in concert -- always a fantastic show, though I think my favorite was at Wolf Trap in the mid-nineties, shortly after Rites of Passage came out.
You know, I've seen the Indigo Girls 3 or 4 times, staring in 1992. Their first couple of shows were great, but the last one I went to (I think it was the tour for Swamp Ophelia) was boring. They just stood up on stage, played a song, said "Thanks, y'all!", and then played the next one. It was really boring.
I've lost touch with their music over the years. Are they still trying to do that hard rock edgy sound they were migrating to?
