He got the big fishtank out of the bedroom, got the plumbing line that was leaking (that used to lead to the big fishtank in the den) out of the den and not leaking, and he fixed the drip in the main upstairs bathroom by replacing the Shower handles and valves.

He has yet to return the garage to an operable state and move the small fishtanks up to the bedroom. (Though I hope the small fishtanks can be made quieter if he's doing that)

I'm not counting painting the wall in the living room or any other house projects that are not specifically assigned to him...
